Meet Our Founders
Dr. Eboni Hall
Workforce Development Strategist, Youth Advisor, Environmental Educator
After obtaining her Ph.D., Dr. Hall didn’t continue on the traditional academic path. Instead, she pursued her passion for working with young people, leaders and entrepreneurs to define her career path. Dr. Hall’s career journey began as an apprentice, where she planted the right trees in the right place and made sure the right resources reached the right communities. After 10 years, her career narrative has evolved full circle, because her current work connects the right people with the right jobs and opportunities.
As an educator, Dr. Hall analyzes data to identify educational, skill, and training opportunity gaps. She identifies workforce development trends to connect people to tools, resources, and opportunities necessary to succeed in today’s society. She teaches science, technology, engineering, art, and math (STEAM) courses, reimagines college and career readiness, and creates interactive learning experiences. Collaborating with STEAM programs and organizing events allows Dr. Hall to expose young people to STEAM majors and career opportunities through career exploration.
As a trainer, Dr. Hall works with both individuals and employers. She equips leaders with skills to be successful in the workforce and helps employers develop and implement strategies to attract and keep top talent. She also creates custom materials, training programs, and events that align with employer and industry needs.
As a workforce development strategist, Dr. Hall believes in win-win solutions. She matches skilled job seekers with employers and connects employers with the talent they need to stay competitive in today’s market. Dr. Hall leverages the skills and experiences she’s gained over the years to close opportunity gaps by strategically preparing for future workforce needs and advocating for policies and practices to support a resilient workforce.
Dr. ChrisChappell
Lead Talent Developer, Performance Coach
Dr. Chris Chappell is a performance coach who helps mid-career professionals break through the barriers holding them back. If you're feeling stuck in your career or doubting yourself, he's the guy who helps you figure out what you're really capable of and how to get there. With over 12 years of coaching experience, Dr. Chappell knows exactly what it's like to hit a wall in your career. He specializes in helping people who feel like they're not optimized or moving forward anymore because of the challenges of career plateaus and internal barriers, by providing actionable strategies that foster clarity, confidence, and momentum.
As the Co-founder of C-Salt Consulting, Dr. Chappell has collaborated with a diverse range of clients, including entrepreneurs, directors, department heads, vice-chancellors, and deans. His methodologies have been instrumental in helping organizations secure millions in agreements by getting their teams to perform at their best.
With close to two decades of experience in higher education, Dr. Chappell specializes in performance-based outcomes and assessment strategies. He is a certified John Maxwell speaker, trainer, and coach. He has further expanded his expertise through specialized training focused on promoting innovation, improving decision-making, and increasing both employee engagement and retention.
When Dr. Chappell speaks at events, he focuses on helping people push past self-doubt so they can lead with confidence, figure out how their personal values connect to their career goals, and build the kind of leadership resilience that can handle whatever comes their way. Regardless of whether you work with him one-on-one as a coach, attend his training sessions, or hear him speak, you'll walk away with more confidence in your abilities, clearer insights about your professional growth, and the motivation you need to actually make things happen.
